The cabinets were for a system upgrade on a 6500 mechanical transfer feed press to a servo controlled transfer feed 6500 press. Following customer supplied specifications; we reviewed the layouts and designs and worked with the cabinet manufacturer to make sure the cabinets were built to spec. We were also highly involved in the testing of this new control system upgrade before installation, so there wouldn't be any late start up issues.

Asses Each Cabinet and Make Recommendations When Needed to Assist General Motors on Buying off the Electrical Panels Testing This was a new control system Servo Upgrade. The new system made the old mechanical Press system more dynamic and allowed the system to work with more customized profiles through the system. The old system only allowed for two profiles. The new system has 6 standard profiles along with the ability to customize profiles. Assisted in Testing the Control Systems at the OEM Site Initial Acceptance Testing (IAT) Final Acceptance Testing (FAT) Help Catch Items at the OEM Site Before it is Delivered to the Local Plant for Installation to Prevent Late Start-Up Issues
