When an automotive industry client approached us for engineering of electrical cabinet layouts, we flew to their facilities in Wisconsin and Japan to solve the problems they were encountering. The cabinets were for a system upgrade on a 6500 mechanical transfer feed press to a servo controlled transfer feed 6500 press. Following customer supplied specifications; we reviewed the layouts and designs and worked with the cabinet manufacturer to make sure the cabinets were built to spec. We were also highly involved in the testing of this new control system upgrade before installation, so there wouldn't be any late start up issues.

  • Help Catch Items at the OEM Site Before it is Delivered to the Local Plant for Installation to Prevent Late Start-Up Issues
